Hi, I’m Ana Maria, a dedicated Sports Therapist and Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people feel their best—pain-free, stress-free and balanced. With a background in the fitness industry since 2021, I’ve worked with both athletes and individuals with sedentary jobs, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles through movement and recovery.
I specialize in Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Head Massage, focusing on relieving muscle tension, correcting imbalances, and calming the nervous system. Whether you're dealing with chronic tightness, headaches, anxiety or the effects of an overworked body, my goal is to help you regain comfort and ease through personalized massage therapy!

After having regular massages from Ana, i have now been pain free for the first time in over 6 months. Previously, i was in so much pain in my back ,hips and pelvis and taking painkillers everyday, struggling to get out of bed because of the pain and poor mobility.
